An AI agency for small businesses that can't afford to fall behind. We build the systems, automate the work, and stay on as your AI department — without the overhead of hiring one.
I left enterprise to build an AI agency for the businesses that need it most. No fluff. No vendor lock-in. Just systems that actually work.

I didn't start in data. I started at Verizon in 2002 on the front lines — customer service, loyalty programs, business support. I learned how businesses actually operate: what customers need, where revenue leaks, how decisions get made under pressure.
Over 20 years I moved through fraud investigations, business credit review, revenue assurance, and eventually into systems analysis and data engineering. The title changed — the work didn't. I was always using data to solve a real operational problem. By the time I left, I'd seen every corner of a Fortune 15 company from the inside.
I left to start Pioneer AI & Data. Not a consulting firm that bills by the hour. An AI department — for small businesses that can't afford to hire one full-time but are falling behind every day they don't have one. Most AI people understand the technology. I understand the business it has to run inside.
Every role was building toward this — even the ones that didn't look like it at the time.
I'm married to Jamie and we have two daughters — Kyleigh and Klaire. They're the reason I stepped off the corporate ladder and bet on myself. Not someday. Now, while they're still here to see it.
The photo up top is me with Frankie, our golden retriever who thinks he runs the office. We also have Daizey — another golden — and two cats named Baker and Tommy. It's a full house and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Pioneer is built to give me the freedom to be present — not just earning, but actually showing up. Every client I help is another step toward the life I'm building for them.
These aren't marketing values. They're why people who've worked with me trust me with their businesses.
I only commit to what I can actually deliver. If I can't do it, I'll say so upfront. You'll never get a yes that turns into a missed deadline.
I see the whole process before most people have framed the problem. That means fewer surprises, better decisions, and solutions that hold up.
I keep my promises. I own my mistakes. I treat your business with the same care I put into building my own — because I know what's riding on it.
I'll tell you what the numbers say — even when it's not what you were hoping to hear. That's the only kind of help that's actually useful.
I don't sell software. I build AI systems that become part of how your business runs — and I stick around to make sure they keep working.
We start by understanding your business — how you work, where you're losing time, and what a real win looks like for you.
I design and build tools that solve your actual problem — not the most impressive demo. Chatbots, automation pipelines, data workflows, custom agents.
Everything runs on proven cloud infrastructure. No mystery black boxes. You own what we build — every line of it.
After launch I stay on as your fractional AI team — ongoing improvements, monthly retainer, and a direct line to someone who knows your systems inside and out.
