Your AI keeps starting from zero because it doesn't know you exist. This guide changes that permanently, in 30 minutes, with free tools you already have.
Why this matters: Every time you open a new Claude or ChatGPT conversation, the AI has no memory of the last one. It doesn't know your name, your business, your clients, or how you communicate. It writes for a stranger, because you are one. This guide ends that. Permanently.
No subscriptions, no technical background, no credit card.
A local note-taking app that stores your AI context docs. Think of it as the filing cabinet your AI borrows from, it stays on your computer, not in someone else's cloud.
The AI you're already using. This system works with any AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini. Build it once and use it everywhere.
These are the only technical steps in the whole guide.

Answer specifically, the more detail you give, the better every future AI answer gets.
Your Business Context should cover:
At the bottom of your Business Context note, add ## Current Priorities with 3–5 bullets. Update it every Friday. Your AI always knows where you are right now, not just who you are.
This is the most powerful section, it's what makes your AI answers specific to this week, not just this year.
Your context docs are built. Here's how to use them.
Open Obsidian → open your About Me, AI Context note → copy the first 3–5 lines → open Claude or ChatGPT → paste at the top of your first message → then ask your question. That's it. Your AI now knows you before you ask a single question.
On Claude.ai Pro → click Projects → Create project → name it → click Add content → upload both Obsidian .md files. Done. Every conversation inside this project auto-loads your full context. No pasting ever again.
AI Context / My Prompt LibraryPaste your About Me context first. Then use any of these, they're built for service businesses.
